He patiently answered all our questions and helped us feel confident in our choice. Once the project began, Sam and his crew worked quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. From a super fast Turn around of under 2 weeks from quote to install, amazing communication, and a quick fix to a minor problem, the floor looks amazing and even my kids say it feels like a brand new house. We have very old brittle floors from 1914. When we bought the house the floor was awful. I tried off and on to find a company who could refinish but was met with being told I had to have a black stain to cover up stains, even after saying we were OK with having those stains because the house has seen better days. I contacted Sam who came out and said it could be done the way I wanted. His crew were fabulous, I can't say enough good things. Getting this done was a dream and hope they accomplished quickly too.
