Natalie and her team were absolutely fantastic! I needed a full floor installation for our home remodel, and after vetting a few other options, Natalie was by far was best from her customer service, pricing, time to install and more. It was so convenient being able to have her come directly to our home and go through samples until we found the right one. She was always willing to bring in larger sample sizes, and was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire selection process. Her team also did an excellent job on our install, and we’ve had no issues with it so far. Natalie is smart, honest and reliable, and if I’m ever in search of flooring needs I would absolutely do a project with her again (my aunt who I referred Natalie too is actually starting a project with her as well)

Natalie and her crew have been so professional as they have updated my floors to wood. When they found asbestos under my carpet and tile they quickly notified me, and Natalie even did the extra work to provide me with companies that could remove the asbestos.
