Pat Kinnison came to our home to measure and discuss new flooring options and prices. He gave us all the info we asked for and some good advice. Price seemed comparable to Lowe's and lower than another company we were considering. Installation went well and it looks good. The one negative is the installers would not place some heavy furniture they moved in my mother-in-law's room after installation. Not a huge deal for us, but worth considering if you would not be able to arrange your furniture yourself.

I highly recommend anyone looking to have their floors done to go to FCI! They did offer to save the baseboards and reapply them, we opted to not save them and we plan to do that ourselves. Not only was Pat and Wyndi a pleasure to talk to, the team of guys that came and did the job did it perfect! We can't thank y'all enough

Great price and beautiful work. Would have appreciated maybe a little bit more communication during the process, but our hardwood floors were saved and we are grateful. Before, during, and after photos. You can't even tell where the wall was.

This company was able to meet our needs very quickly. The company assessed additional needs on the spot. The work was impeccable! Would use them again.
