I walked into the store so overwhelmed. I made an appointment with Emily and she was very patient with me. I am building a house and needed to choose shower wall, shower floor and bathroom tile for 4 of the 5 bathrooms as well as the laundry room floors. It took me 2.5 hours to figure out the master bathroom alone. Emily had to leave for her break but my time with her gave me the confidence to explore the store for the other 3 bathrooms on my own. While exploring, I found Hannah and started asking her questions. Hannah was AMAZING! So much fun, such great energy and incredibly helpful. I truly can’t express how much she helped guide me through this process, making it so much fun. Her experience, creativity and personality made the experience truly wonderful. We had a wonderful time experience shopping here. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. Emily came and offered to help with any questions we had as well as educated us on what kind of care different materials would need. Then Lucy took time to help us locate the tile we needed, decide on a good grout color and recommended the sealant we needed. The store was clean and well organized. Would definitely recommend.

Went into today on a Saturday and it was packed with customers! We got Hannah Shumway in Draper and cannot freaking say enough about our experience with her !!! She’s hands down the best interior design helper we have ever gotten !!! Best employee customer experience ever. She went above and beyond to help us out ! Thanks so much Hannah we will definitely be using you again !!! Whoever her boss is needs to give her a raise because I never leave reviews but HAD to get on and give her some props !!!
