Nathan and his team are so great! Super helpful; went above and beyond for what I needed. Bianca is ann excellent designer; super patient and helpful. All of the staff there was eager to help - made shopping at a big store feel small!

Excellent service in Arlington Tx , Ryan Mayers helped me on my Project more and above beyond. He even helped me on other stores to get me Project finished. He is very thorough and i will drive to see him as i am in dallas. The staff in Arlington very very nice and willing to help on small and large projects.

LIV assisted me in selecting the perfect grout and showed so much enthusiasm and commitment to her job while doing so. She shared priceless knowledge and made me feel comfortable with our selections. I never felt rushed and was able to make a solid decision. ANNA greeted me with a smile upon entrance into the store and provided superior customer service at check out. I always leave feeling like a valued customer and its employees and team members like Liv and Anna that make that possible.

First time at Floor and Decor and we were amazed at how large the selection was. There are show rooms as well to give you some inspo. There's everything from tile, wood, whatever. A lot of really good items as well. A little more on the pricey side compared to say Home Depot, but their selection is more permanent vs Home Depot that rotates their tile/wood selections every so often
