I can't believe I am leaving a review for Floor and Decor, but seriously, this store renewed my belief in home improvement stores. I used F&D (plus some stuff from Lowe's) to DIY total shower renovation. The staff at F&D was extremely knowledgeable, encouraging, and took all the time in the world to explain various options and considerationa to me. However, I was especially*floored* when I came back after a week or two to get some more stuff, and two staff members actually remembered who I was, asked to see pics of the shower renovation, and offered advice on grouting and finishing etc. Great store and great staff.

Arthur is truly amazing. From our first meeting, I gathered that he was the right person to help me on my bathroom renovation journey. He is well informed , patient, and very skilled on the transformation process. What we were able to create has changed my life. I love my new bathroom. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with him if you would like some guidance on your renovation project.

From the moment we crossed the threshold, friendly courteous staff was readily available and willing to assist us with our basement renovation journey. Please believe me when I tell you... Darnell, Ramiek, and Natalie are the epitome of teamwork in action. Dynamic trio for sure. From getting assistance with picking shower tile, to quick & easy checkout, and finally additional assistance with unloading (return)/loading (purchase). Everything flowed seamlessly for these 3 top-tier representatives. They made my experience super exciting rather than dreadful (pricing). Will return for more items. Highly recommended!

Overall one of my favorite box stores to shop for tile and flooring. I always find what I'm looking for and when I've needed assistance the staff is very helpful.
