This place is amazing! I love the options. Everyone is nice. You're greated at the door. I love how everyone checks on you to make sure you're good. Everyone was knowledgeable. I went in with a certain thing in mind but the options they have is great. This is like an adult toys R us.

Sandy was awesome. She helped us for well over an hour to put together bathroom, tile and other items that matched and went well with each other. She also helped us stay within our budget. She never gave the impression that we were encroaching on her time or that she wasn't there to help us. Most customer service people make you feel like you're annoying them or bothering them when you ask for help. Sandy was definitely not like that. Give that lady a raise please! If you want to go to floor and decor, definitely go to the one in austell. Not the one in Kennesaw Alexa, is there a floor and decor in Kennesaw, Georgia. Kennesaw is very busy and there is no Sandy there.

My mother and I were doing a search for a tile that we could both agree to add to the foyer. Of course we get to this Floor & Decor and see this pattern as the best option, and the full set we'll need is not available in this location. Sandy kindly double-checked my calculation (was needed, lol) and then took us over to chat with Lisa who went ABOVE AND BEYOND. She - and Gabby - called multiple other F&D's to ask them to do a second count of each tile just to ensure the list online was accurate for what we would need (purchases can always happen in a minute and it takes the system a little bit of time to be updated). Not only that, but Lisa took the additional time to drive by other locations to pick-up the sets that were closer to them so I only have to pick-up at Austell for sets from so

The customer service at this store far exceeded both my wife and my expectations. Kristy was beyond helpful with helping us design our bathrooms and Ryan afforded us white glove service when we ran into a bit of a hiccup in regard to transporting our newly purchased vanity. Would 10/10 recommend this store to anyone!
