Every single time I come to buy large format tile it’s stacked with damaged one on top or even different style tile. Instead of coming to the store, getting the tile I need in the box - we have to spend 10-15 mins removing broken pieces from the actual tile we need. Why do you put damaged tile on top? Can’t you just put the aside somewhere? Why do we have to do this every single time?

If I could give zero stars I would. Walked around looking for assistance for over 20 minutes, asked a woman sitting at the desk a simple question, and she was extremely condescending and proceeded to make me feel as I was an inconvenience to her working on a computer. My husband I were planning on using floor and decor to completely tile our new custom home build, but after the negative engagement from the lack of customer service, we will spend our time and money elsewhere. Hopefully other locations treat paying customers better.

Joel and Joseph and all the Floor and Decor team were simply amazing and patient and kind inpicking out the right flooring for our family. I was fully unfamiliar with engineered hardwood, but they talked me through everything simply and clearly, over the three days we spent agonizing what would be the best pick. Couldn’t recommend the team enough and so so happy with choice we finally landed on !

Came in to purchase tile for our shower renovation project. An employee recommended we take advantage of the free design consultation. I met with Kelly the next day and she was fantastic!
