I did my kitchen and bathroom upgrades and this “floor and decor” was our first choice . Haven’t been to this shop before but was impressed with their collections ! Lots of options for tiles , backsplash and everything related to construction! We had a very good experience with Mohammad , who helped us answering all questions and pointing us to the right products . Great support ! He gave us options in all price ranges . Will highly recommend him to others . Ordering process is easy . Billing sometimes takes a lot of time - especially when they have only 1 cashier . They are also a bit slow in billing . After billing they wil let you know once ready . During delivery , it was tough to get any help at the back side of this shop .. wish there was more help. We were waiting to 30-45 mins

I highly recommend Ahmed at Floor and Decor in Woodbridge. I gave him an idea of the tile I wanted and he helped me narrow my choices down easily. It’s a huge store with so many beautiful choices, which could be intimidating and time consuming. Ahmed streamlined the whole process and made it quick and easy for me to find the perfect tile for my kitchen. He’s a true professional and is excellent at what he does! I shopped around, both in person and online, and Floor and Decor had both the best options and best prices in comparison. I give them 5 stars.

This store is outstanding. I loved the service from everyone. I had an issue with a large Tile and the General manager was very helpful. He offered a number of solutions to resolve the matter. He was very accesible and cooperative. I will definitely go back there for all my tile needs. It is great to do business with folks that care about the customer.
