My Husband and I were looking for new hardwood flooring for our front porch. Joe N. did an amazing job showing us various options, full and sale, price to consider. I appreciate his no pressure approach and allowing us to take our time to choose the best option for our project and within our price range.

Joe at the pro desk and Alec in design were super great to work and took the time to take care of what I needed. They were kind on the phone and very knowledgeable. I’ve been working with Thiago on installation and every time I’ve reached out he’s made time to talk or stop by to look at our upcoming project. Whenever I stop in the store everyone is very helpful and makes sure we have all the information we need. If you’re looking to go with anyone for your home interior needs, I would recommend them every time.

The staff here is very friendly and I had great interactions with a number of them. Unfortunately I can not say the same for the managers. I had an issue with flooring purchased there as you can see in pics it is 2 different finishes. You can not see it if you are standing over it or it is cloudy but when the sun shines in it is obvious. I went to store it took couple days but finally talk to manager Daniel who told me email him pics which I did. Then don’t hear from him for over 2 weeks. After stopping in store couple more times they say he is on vacation and the other managers know nothing about it. 3rd time going in finally find another manager to help who sent a message to resolution department which did reach out to me and send a form which asks for pics of the boxes which after a mon
