My husband and I came into the store around 7:00 PM to look for ceramic tile and quartz countertops. Upon entering, no one greeted us or even acknowledged our presence. This was our first visit, so it was a good thing we could find our way around on our own. We eventually came across one employee who pointed us in the right direction and explained that he was assisting another customer but would come back to help us when he was available. Thank you to that young man for at least acknowledging us. On a positive note, the store and the restroom were very clean. Unfortunately, due to the lack of customer service, I will not be returning to this store.

I was so overwhelmed going in because there's just so much to choose from. That all changed when I was assigned Leesel as my Designer. She was able to help me pick out all the materials I needed for my bathroom remodel. I told her what I was looking for and she listened because the colors, textures and design came together like a Picasso! I can't wait to see the finished product

My husband and I have been looking around for a good place to buy porcelain tile that looks like wood to complete our basement renovation. This store is amazing in terms of organization, and cleanliness, a vast amount of product to choose from, good prices, and helpful employees. Deysi helped us with the calculations of how much tile we'd need for our project and got us quickly and painlessly checked out with arrangements for delivery at a date and time that worked for us. We spent some time browsing through the store to see what we might want to do when we reach the next leg of our project, which is to install a bathroom shower. We were so pleased with the quality and beauty of the many shower wall surfaces available to chose from. We're very glad we found this company and would recommend

Today i went to floor Decor in Capitol heights and meet a young man by the name of Simon. Simon customer service was outstanding. He took his time even though I was undecided about what i wanted. He was informative, knowledgeable and he even made sure the product i wanted to purchase was available. Even though the capital heights location didn't have the merchandise, Simon took his time located other store that was close to my home. I was having trouble with my cards he continued to work with me until I was able to purchase extremely what I wanted. Simon thank you for all your help.🙏🏾🙏🏾
