Store personnel were good to work with and helpful. Store was well stocked and clean. My issue is that while you save $ on the tile, your installer has to spend a lot more time and effort massaging each piece because they are not all the same size. In the end, you need to factor in the $300 extra labor cost to install vs. saving a few dollars on materials.

The store has a wide variety of options. Rob, the store associate who helped me, was phenomenal, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store for tiles.

I stopped in a few days ago to get pricing options for a new remodel and Kacee in pro services was so nice and very helpful. She walked me through all the steps and gave plenty of options that fit my budget. I was very happy with the service and experience there. Definitely ask for Kacee when you stop in!

We visited Floor and Decor about five days ago. When we entered the store the staff was very attentive. As we walked in, someone approached us immediately and asked how can I help you, then as we were directed to the aisle, which we needed,another person said how can I help you. There were three people who specifically assisted us in our purchase. Mr. Raymond, Mr. Rohan and Mr. Armando. They listened as we explained what we wanted. They were very helpful when choosing our laminate flooring. We felt that they were truly trying to meet our needs. Excellent customer service!!!

Wow. We worked with Santiago who is a consummate design pro. Within 90 minutes he boiled down an entire showroom into our set of choices to remodel our master bath. He is a keen listener with a masterful design eye and he made our project easy to create and very beautiful.
