As a Professional Renovations company, we often find ourselves scrambling to make changes in order to accommodate our clients. This time the client was my wife and owner, without the handholding Rosario performed on numerous trips I would probably be on anxiety medication (LOL). HE single handily brought style, functionality and constructability to her ever changing design model and even made special orders a breeze. This was the second time he personally took care of a client. A very experienced 88 years young, decorated Naval vet just loved Rosario, his attention to deal NORMALLY ISN'T FOUND IN THE YOUNGER WORK FORCE, accounting to her. Amazing experience! Joann is an amazing designer! She worked with me on the floors I needed for my bathroom. Told her the dimensions the contractor gave me and she figured out what I wanted and what looks good. Then told me what I needed or how much I needed. There were some mix ups with the tiles but she helped from beginning to end. Amazing staff and customer experience. Highly recommend!!!

I love the selection and the Ridge store representative, Joy, gave superb customer service!! She was very helpful and was able to get answers to all of my questions. She was also very patient with my indecisiveness .Thank you, Joy!
