This review was written by my brother, Jesus Babilonia, and posted from my account. I had an outstanding experience at Floor & Decor, 4 Henry St, Commack, NY. From the moment I walked in, the service was excellent, but I especially want to recognize Ms. Jamie Motherway, Design Consultant. Jamie was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me select the perfect tile for both my kitchen and bathroom. Her design advice made the entire process easy and enjoyable, and the final choices turned out beautifully. I highly recommend this Floor & Decor location, and if you’re lucky enough to work with Jamie Motherway, you’ll be in great hands.

Brianna at the Commack location was wonderful! We showed up right before closing needing a last minute item to complete our renovation. She was so accommodating, helpful and welcoming. She is such an asset to your company.

All I can say is WOW! Adam at the pro desk doesn't even know me yet he bent over backwards for me and helped me out big time! Treated me like a good friend. I had a significant issue and he was able to help me out of a jam. Couldn't be happier with the service that I recieved. Thanks Adam!!! Neil Levin

Been waiting since 10/31 to get a refund on returned items. You would think that good customer service is to at least follow up when a customer hasn’t received their refund (refund was supposed to be sent in the mail, and never received). I totally understand if the mail got lost, or something happened, because sometimes it can’t be helped, but once the manager Is made aware of an issue, which I did speak to a manager personally, is it that difficult to follow up and make sure the issue was resolved to keep a customer happy? Especially after my family and I spent a significant amount of money in their store, I can’t get my money back, but they have their supplies back.

My husband and I came in to design 3 bathrooms and had absolutely no idea where/how to begin. The designer we worked with —Jamie Correia was beyond phenomenal!!!! He took the time to understand our preferences and memorize the styles and sizes of each of our bathrooms. He has such a great eye for detail and design and is a true expert in the inventory. We can’t wait to come back to see Jamie for our kitchen soon!!! Thank you SO much Jamie. Floor & Decor has a new customer because of you!
