I had to write about my experience at the desk. I was being assisted by Kristen and exemplary customer service, but Kristen and Aaron and I am very appreciative of their help. They got everything I needed for my project and we are all squared away and I even got an awesome discount on my discontinued tile. Thank you so much Kristen and Aaron for your awesome service and I appreciate you guys.

Kiera, Reese and Brenda are exemplary employees. Kiera went above and beyond to help me find the right grout. She started with giving me her expertise on design and made sure I was helped in locating the right ones we picked. Her eye for design was extremely helpful. Reese was also helpful, very respectful and efficient. He located what I needed right away and knew exactly where everything was. I went in to exchange something else and he immediately, without many questions, knew exactly what I needed and got it done. Brenda also gave me some advice on another grout selection and it worked out well, without me even asking for help she offered it and was very helpful. This whole experience was absolutely amazing and not very common nowadays so it’s very much appreciated to come across people

I’ve always have a great experience at Floor & Decor. The store has a huge selection of tile, wood flooring, and installation materials at very competitive prices. Everything is well organized, making it easy to compare options and find exactly what you need. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and willing to answer all my questions. They helped me understand the differences between products and made sure I had the right quantities for my project. Checkout was smooth and efficient as well. If you’re working on a renovation or new construction project, I definitely recommend Floor & Decor. Quality products, fair pricing, and excellent customer service.

Nearly all the tile in my home comes from Floor and Decor. Ashford is a quality porcelain, durable and very pretty. I will continue to shop here for tile.

If you go to the Coral Springs floor and Decor store, make sure to ask for Brittany Peak. She is an extremely helpful person. My son and I went and had a few Questions. Brittany explained all our questions with patience and kindness and was able to show us exactly what we needed and even pointed us to the things that were on clearance. We got a great deal. We walked away very happy and we can only highly recommend Britney for your next visit to the Coral Springs floor and decor.
