My experience with Floor and decor exceeded my expectations! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Beatriz who recommended various tile choices that were on target and exactly what I was looking for. I mentioned to her my decor plans for master bathroom and my floor came out so stunning! Truly impressed by the quality of service and goods. I went back and purchased two vanities and was assisted by Felix and Jeff Lee who was very knowledgeable and personable five ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ guys thanks again for making this a smooth process for me .Can’t thank you enough guys. The other day, I went there because I wanted to make some upgrades to my bathroom. I started to feel confused by all the options they had, but an associate (Shana, if I’m not mistaken) was so helpful and patient. She helped me choose the right tile grout and even pick out a vanity. I couldn’t be happier. Everything turned out so beautiful and well put together.

I had one of my best experiences at this particular Floor and decor. The staff was extremely helpful. We needed tile for 4 baths. One of design consultants, Ethan, was very patient after 5 hours and help us pick out the perfect tile combinations. The store manager even took care of price wise for our large purchase. I will recommend coming too this location for all you tile needs. The experience was Top Notch 👌

Deepali at Floor & Decor in Cumming was amazing! She spent hours helping me choose tiles for our flooring and bathrooms while I had my newborn twins with me and her recommendations and patience made the process so easy. Jeff, the manager, is super friendly and guided me when I returned the next day to make a few changes. The entire crew is extremely friendly, always checking in to see if you need help. Excellent service and a wonderful shopping experience!
