I had a pretty middling experience here. I found that the staff was often flustered in corners of the store chit chatting while many customers were looking for assistance. When I did manage to peel one of them away from their busy social circles,, they were often very informal with how they treated us and did not seem very interested. Additionally, there were many tile options on display that they did not have in stock. Management does not appear to be keeping a close eye on their daily store operations.

I just want to take a minute and recognize Janet, our Designer, for the positive customer experience that we had during a recent visit to the Danbury location of Floor & Decor. Her patience, attention to detail and understanding of what we were looking for helped to make the experience pleasurable and easy and we couldn't be more pleased with the wall tile and flooring products that she helped us select to help transform our bathroom into the vision we were looking for. I would highly recommend Janet and the rest of the Floor & Décor support staff for all your tile and flooring needs.

It was such a pleasure to work with Sonia Lopes from the Danbury floor and décor store. She helped us design three brand new bathrooms. She was creative, very knowledgeable, and most importantly, listened and cared about what we wanted. She is a gift.

I can’t say enough about Sonia at Floor and Decor in Danbury. She patiently helped me with my master bathroom renovation. She was extremely knowledgeable and great with coordinating every aspect of my design project. This is the final reveal of my bathroom with designer Sonia Lopez. I’m in love with everything! I can’t say enough great things about Sonia and Hannah at Floor and Decor in Danbury. Sonia is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I used her design services. She was not pushy at all and wanted me to be happy with my choices. She spent over 2 hours making sure I was excited about my design. Hannah is fabulous! She went above and beyond to help when no one else was available. I highly suggest Floor and Decor for your design and remodeling needs. When you go, ask for Sonia for design help.
