Oh when you go, ask for designers Anna J. or Shelton A. They were both tremendously helpful in helping me with tile selection and grout choices. On my second visit, Shelton helped me with not only tile selections and grout choices, but in negotiating a fair price for a display item that was the only one in the store that color and style and assisted with loading it on the back of my truck. Kind, expedient service at the Miami Gardens location.

I am impressed with the quality of the employee. Specially Jose made my purchase smooth, friendly and enjoyable, and i did not make it easy for him. It is rare to feel that when you go shopping for renovations ... but he did it. Although it is not my area Floor&Decor ill make the 30 miles trip. Thank you Floor&Decor
