Outstanding customer service! Hannan, Angela, and the whole team is so helpful and courteous! We are coming back again! Returned again this month for another renovation and this time Irma designed our whole bathroom with us! She was not only incredibly helpful and so knowledgeable on every product, but was also so kind and patient with us - and saved us from being confused with the many beautiful options! The store is also very well organized and stocked and honestly everyone is helpful including our cashier Charles. We can’t wait to return to have Irma or Angela do our next project now!

Vivian & Bianca were a lifesaver! They were both extremely knowledgeable with Tile, Design and Construction. Bianca did a rendering for me and Vivian did sketches and measurements and even spoke with my contractor. I had gone to a bunch of tile stores and never received this time of service and expertise. When you’re doing home renovations, you need quality merchandise at a great price. Headed over to the Floor & Decor in Crossroads Center. The store has a huge parking lot with ample parking and a ton of signage. When you’re enter the store you’re greeted by rows and rows of merchandise. There are entire sections dedicated to whatever the project that you’re working on. It’s kind of overwhelming, but luckily we were approached by Angela Chedid, Designer. She was AMAZING! Ms. Chedid listened to what our project was and gave input with a back and forth to truly understand what we were looking for on this project. We’ve been to many tile stores and Nathan the flooring manager and Irma the designer were exceptionally helpful. Nathan remembered details of our project each time we visited and suggested products that fit our budget. Irma did 3 D renderings of our master bathroom reno and advised us on title selections that turned out to be beautiful. She was so kind and patient. All other floor associates and designers were very nice to work with too. This store is becoming our favorite tile store for sure and will go back for any future projects. They also have huge selections in tiles and number of fully assembled nice vanities. They are fantastic. highly recommend!
