Sasha had the best personality and suspicion. She was so helpful. We walked the store looking at all of the tiles that we had picked out from a few years ago so we could select route unfortunately a few things were discontinued, but she may be experienced so pleasant and she was fantastic.

normally don’t write reviews, but I have to give a big shout-out to Vidal from the Fort Lauderdale Floor & Decor. He was absolutely amazing helping me load tile — friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond. Truly outstanding service!

My wife and I came into the store located 2100 West Sunrise Blvd in Fort Lauderdale Florida. We were greeted by Lisa Sapp. Lisa greeted us with a smile and professionalism. She took her time and showed us many samples and help narrowed it down to what would look good in our new home. We were introduced to her manager Brandon Gravitt, who had the same disposition as Lisa. He also provided detail information with us. They made our shopping experience less stressful. Because of the Customer Service that they both provide we will continue shopping at this location and will share our experience with friends and relatives.

Brian was amazing, and the customer service was outstanding. He explained how to install the tiles and clarified whether I needed mud or mortar. It was a very educational experience. I mentioned that I was on a budget, and he helped me find great products that fit within my limits. He provided detailed guidance and even demonstrated how to lay down tiles, which really relieved my anxiety about attempting a DIY project on my own. Now I feel comfortable tackling it, thanks to Brian, the store manager! He deserves recognition for his exceptional service and should run multiple Floor Decor stores with that customer service. Mr. Vidal went above and beyond helping me to just not to assist me to choose the correct title from by bathroom he also offered if I ever need assistance in the future just asked for him and he will be there for me and my family. Thank you Floor and Decor for have such a amazing worker at the Sunrise location, if you need anything just ask for Mr. Vidal he is the best there.
