Melina, Bethany & Matt K. were all so very professional. But Melina was exceptionally helpful with my tile selection process. I began with a less expensive subway tile choice at $1.79 each. Moreover, with Melina's help and suggestions, I was happy with upgrading to a pricier marble tile at $4.04 each. These were higher end tiles at a clearance price, per piece). This project, with costs of materials alone turned out to be approximately 500.00. Marble is classic and timeless for my little rowhome. Melina also helped (at my request) with sorting out the marble stone tiles due to the nature of the stone (variations with veining and color). This was time and effort that was so greatly appreciated. Kudos to such an awesome & helpful staff here in this Glen Bernie Store. Highly recommend.

I had an exceptional experience at your store selecting tiles and related materials for the remodeling of the visit bathroom thanks to Kyley Caswell. She was very friendly, knowledgable and creative, as well as very patient addressing my needs. She was able to provide options for different styles to choose from and all pretty. I am very excited with the final tiles combination option that I am using for the bathroom. I was also happy that she was able to address the pro discount associated with our contractor to my purchase. Thank you, Kyley!

Cecil was very helpful. He explained the different types of flooring and took extra time to demonstrate the functinality of the flooring. I had an amazing experience at this Floor & Decor location. The front cashier/associates "Kayla" and "Destiny" were super helpful, friendly, and patient throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and easy — truly a great addition to the store. I also want to give a big shoutout to "Jamahsmire", who helped me locate and load my tile. He was incredibly kind, professional, and went above and beyond to help. A very, very nice gentleman. Customer service like this makes a huge difference. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others.

My wife and I had a great experience working with Kyley about a month ago while picking out our shower and floor tile. She put together an excellent design, and now that our bathroom is almost finished, we are very pleased with how everything looks. Thank you for the great service.
