Absolutely wonderful experience. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Irving was proactive but not pushy. He ended up helping us tremendously through the process of finding our flooring and what we needed. He offered to load our car for us and Smiley jumped in to help as well! Will definitely be using Floor & Decor for future projects.

I had the pleasure of working with Tammie at the Hampton store. She made the whole experience enjoyable and smooth! I explained what I was looking for, and she went around the store pulling samples that could possibly work. It was incredibly helpful to have someone who knew what was available and who was willing to assist me in the decision-making process. She was very patient and provided great design input when I asked her. I left the store purchasing all the tiles for my bathroom renovation. I am thrilled!

Irving at Floor & Decor provided outstanding customer service. He took the time to really listen to what I wanted, helped me select the perfect tile, and made sure everything fit together flawlessly. He truly saw my vision and executed it perfectly. Irving was patient, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process.
