Floor & Decor is one of my go to stores for projects. This store is a newer location so it well kept.There’s usually little to no wait, parking is easy, and checkout is quick. I really like how simple they make material pickup when you’re working on renovations it saves a lot of time. Returns are also easy as long as you have your receipt, email, or phone number on file, which I appreciate. The store is clean, including the bathrooms, and the staff has been helpful every time I’ve been here. The design center is a big plus if you need guidance or inspiration, and having the option to apply for a credit card is convenient for larger projects. Huge selection, good prices, and a smooth overall experience. Definitely recommend for flooring and tile needs.

While building a fireplace, the stone we first bought at the 290 store had many defects and it was best to replace them all. The manager at this Dacoma F&D was more than understanding and accommodating. We got the stone replaced and at the same price. We were so happy. Projects came out as planned. Definitely recommend this F&D.

My husband and I have been remodeling a home and have visited nearly every Floor & Decor in the area. While every location has been friendly, the store on Dacoma St. is hands down our favorite and it is entirely because of the people. Gabriel has been incredible at helping us track down exactly what we need and getting the right tile in our hands without making us feel like we are on our own figuring it out. Nisrine, one of the designers, is someone we genuinely look forward to seeing every time we walk in. She has a gift for pulling things together visually and every time we have a design question, she already seems to know the answer before we finish asking it. Went to Floor and Decor today off of Dacoma. Leyla was amazing. Polite and knowledgeable. She was interrupted by several customers while helping us and she handled it with grace.

Lundy, and Darla from the pro team are one of a kind. They helped me locate and facilitate tile material purchases. I Highly recommend shopping here. I had a great experience.
