Perhaps I am missing something, but I don’t understand how this chain is not more popular. It has the largest selection of flooring, installation materials and knowledgeable staff of any home improvement store I have been to. The prices range from basic rental to top end DIY quality. Many current styles are available at more reasonable prices. The store is very clean and orderly (compared to most big box DIY stores) and the staff is super helpful and pleasant. Highly recommended

Went to Floor and Decor for tiles and flooring for a kitchen bathroom and basement. The staff at this store were extremely helpful in every interaction we had with them. They also processed our returns of overages with ease and speed. The whole experience we had with them over the last couple of months has been great. Just had such a positive experience at the store, thanks to Kyle. I needed very straightforward assistance selecting a product (and some muscle helping me to my car). He was helpful and friendly and also caught that an important folder had fallen out of my car. Very grateful he took a few minutes to assist me.
