Very nice people with straightforward and honest advice. Especially loved the tile manager Derrell! There's a good selection of flooring products for most any project. Certainly more than the big box stores especially the selection of LVP, stone, and even large format tiles with some pretty high-quality products and some is at box store prices. They seem to focus on the better stuff and that is certainly more pricey. They deliver, they have installers - overpriced in my view - and they generally seem to stand behind what they do

Victoria the cashier has awesome customer service. Great store with amazing flooring. The agent that helped me carry the floor to my car, the Dog wood, thank you! The staff is super friendly and they offer military discount. The store in Tampa do not offered the discount and will contact headquarters to see why one store does and the other don't. Definitely shopping here even if I have to commute! Great experience!

I recently visited Floor & Decor on Brightman Blvd. and had the pleasure of being assisted by a fine young man named Brodrick. I had a damaged tile that needed to be replaced, and Brodrick promptly notified a manager to approve the return, making the process smooth and easy. Next, I needed to match some existing hardwood laminate flooring that is no longer manufactured. Brodrick took the time to show me several options that were close in color, size, and material. We ended up finding a great match. I also needed a small amount of tile for a step, and based on my sample and measurements, he showed me several possibilities. Again, I found a perfect fit. I am thinking twice about home renovations and tile delivery from FLOOR DECOR!  Ordered 1300 $quare feet of tile for my home.  Paid over three (3) hundred dollars for delivery. Floor Decor delivered two (2) pallets- each weighing OVER two (2) tons to the curb of my residence - like it was a CONSTRUCTION SITE.  Who could move? My wife? We needed a FORK LIFT to move the pallets. Additional expenses — so the money saved on the tile ended up CO$TING MORE in others expenses to hire folks to move. When we called with our concerns- we got the run-around.  Floor manager “Randy” said the decision to ship the large pallets was an “economic one” made for cost savings for the store.  We COULD have paid more for smaller pallets- but the salesperson and delivery person “Monique” failed to advise us o
