I had the pleasure of being helped by Jeancarlo at Floor & Decor, and I have to say his service was outstanding. He was very attentive, helpful, and respectful throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such genuine kindness. Jeancarlo is truly an example for the new generation of customer service representatives. He definitely deserves recognition — and honestly, a raise!
Richard was my designer consultant I came with a few ideas and he helped me find exactly what I needed to complete my bathroom remodel. Can’t wait to see start enjoying it!
From the second, I walked in the door I had a wonderful experience. Susanna helped me choose tiles that I was unsure of and they came out beautiful. Both Shania‘s that work in the front were amazing and dolce was also very helpful. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back again.
Bridgett is the best hands down. We had a problem with some hard wood flooring, a large amount of it. Bridgett did her absolute best to communicate and find a solution to our issues (which NO other employee did). Not recommending floor & decor as I believe a local vendor is a better option but if you find yourself there talk to Bridgett!!!
He was awesome ! Explained tile thickness and what would look best .Richard at floor and decor in Kendall go visit him . He is the man !
