My husband and visited the store at 1080 W Sunset Rd, Henderson NV 89014. The employees were exceptionally attentive, helpful, respectful and caring, especially Sophia Mendoza, Rhonda and Lorenzo Ramirez. They all went over and beyond our expectations assisting and providing valuable information that benefited our purchase. The type of service we experienced at this location, was truly heartfelt and remarkable to see great customer service still exists. My husband and I have visited other Floor Decor local stores, and haven’t had the same level of service provided at the Henderson store. So, from the bottom of our hearts, we thank you! This place is fantastic! Great help, great products, and friendly service. Derek helped us out better than anyone from any store we’ve gone to, and he didn’t pressure us to buy at all like other stores do. Doug was especially helpful in getting my order loaded and ready to go. Thanks everyone!

We visited Floor & Decor to purchase kitchen tile for our renovation. The retail warehouse is pretty big. We asked someone on the floor for help and Derek showed up on a minute later! Derek took my wife and I around showing us various tiles. He was excellent! He talked to us about the high gloss and matte finishes. He understood our color schemes. We didn’t feel rushed. He recommended we look at different tile colors and patterns. He also recommended the premixed grout. Derek is very knowledgeable and was patient with us. A five star employee! We came away super happy!
