The process of picking out materials for construction (not my field of work) can be quite daunting. My wife and I had a lot of help from Dawn and Stella and I am so appreciative. They were extremely attentive and helpful, and made the process quite easy and enjoyable. Thank you!

Rose helped us find all the materials we needed for a Schluter system in our bathroom, tiles for our shower and floor, grout, and pretty much everything we needed for a full bathroom remodel. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient with us (we have no remodeling experience and had no idea what we were doing). Rose explained everything well and made the process enjoyable. The store also has great tile selection. Marcia was very friendly helping us check out. Other team members and Rose also helped us load everything in our car. 10/10 experience!

They have a great team assembled across multiple stores here in Colorado. We ordered a bunch of flooring for the house. Marnix was extremely helpful at the Highlands Ranch store. His store was unable to fulfill the complete order so he ordered the remaining cases for us at the Littleton store. The inventory was waiting on us the next day. Amazing experience. We'll do business there again soon!

Phoned in for help. Spoke to Caleb. He was so helpful to assist me with transition moulding . He gave me his name to visit in store . When I arrived at the store, Caleb found everything I needed, if he couldn’t answer, question, he found someone right away who was very happy to assist us. Caleb has a cool, calm, kind helpful vibe. I’m from out of state and I needed in stock products to finish a project in Lakewood for my daughter. I couldn’t be more grateful to Caleb for going above and beyond to help me get my project completed in a timely fashion. I was in and out of floor and decor quickly. Thank you so much!

Gio was a great help! She recommended the Sure set LHT and it was an amazing non sag formula. Definitely recommend it!
