Floor & Decor

We had a great experience working with Marsha Turner at the Memphis Floor & Decor store. She helped us finalize our backsplash tile, recommended the perfect pencil trim, and guided us on the grout color so the glass tiles really stand out. We had samples shipped to our home first, and Marsha made the ordering process easy even though we live near Little Rock. Delivery was smooth and the tile looks fantastic. This is our fourth home using Floor & Decor tile and we’ll definitely continue coming back.

We were able to get all of the tile for our home here and Alicia and Jenika and Shunette were super helpful in helping us out.

Erica was my designer and she was wonderful! She helped me bring my dream to life and was so friendly and patient! Everyone should ask for her!!!

I went into Floor & Decor not knowing where to begin. One of the managers must have known by my look. It was so overwhelming to me with so much tile. He walked me over to the design table and my designer Marsha Turner showed me around and helped me. I did change my mind a few times but she was very patient. The experience was very good and I highly recommend Floor & Decor. The prices were reasonable. Can't wait to get my project done.
