From the moment we walked into the store, Edriene greeted us with a big smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. She was warm, pleasant, and consistently offering assistance to everyone who walked in. It’s such a great first impression and really sets the tone for the whole experience. I also want to recognize John. He went above and beyond to help us track down one last box of bamboo flooring that had been discontinued. I really needed that box, and he took the time to look everywhere until he finally found it. His effort made a huge difference. This Floor & Decor has some truly outstanding staff who are willing to go the extra mile. I’d happily encourage others to shop at this location. A+

Not sure why 167th store location has to close the whole Galleria showroom for renovations... Doral's store was also renovating their Gallery yet was still open for traffic. Kudos for management reaching out, that could be the beginning of possible improvements. The comments are self explanatory. It's a matter of assessing the observations, and Floor & Decor acting upon improving the prospect experience or not. Miami is notorious for bad customer service. But this store's could be heading for championship due to a few team members that should not be dealing with the public. But giving it the benefit of the doubt as we are all humans and anyone can have a bad day. This store location will not be an option for me in the future. I went in this morning to pick up an order, and the experience was honestly disappointing. The girl at the front desk was not friendly at all. When I arrived, she didn't even say 'good morning' because she was busy on a FaceTime call and didn't seem to want to help me. ​Fortunately, someone else stepped in to help, and I was able to get my order quickly. However, the lack of professionalism from the first person was unacceptable. Customers deserve respect and proper attention. I really hope management improves this.

She was incredibly knowledgeable, walked me through every option, and answered all my questions with real expertise. I especially appreciated her patience as we compared styles, sizes, and finishes, and her attention to detail made sure I found everything I needed for my project—down to the last trim piece and accessory. Thanks to Tashauna, the whole process was smooth, stress-free, and on budget. Highly recommend asking for her!

Absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I came to Floor & Decor ready to buy, and instead I was met with dishonesty, attitude, and nonstop attempts to raise the price after the fact. They do NOT honor their pricing and seem to constantly look for excuses to charge more once you’re already committed. It feels intentional. The staff was rude and unhelpful, but one employee in particular, Sarit, was shockingly nasty. No attempt to help, no professionalism, no solutions—just attitude. I have never seen customer service this bad. Not even an effort to pretend to care. This place treats customers like a problem instead of a priority. Zero accountability, zero respect, zero customer focus. Save yourself the frustration. You can get better prices, better service
