I am a contractor in the area. This company has a multitude of issues when it comes to customer service. I bought 2600 sq ft of flooring from them and it can dry rotted and breaking apart. Floor & Decor refused to do anything to help remedy the situation. The manager of this store couldn’t have cared less and availed me at all costs. I will make sure all my customer are aware of how poorly we were treated and to shop elsewhere is possible. The one shining light in the whole situation was Josh at the pro desk. He did everything he could to help me and my customer get what we needed. I love that this store is in Montgomery now and had high expectations for it. I have had nothing but bad experiences so far. So if you’re reading this just be mindful of what you are buying from. Then

The girl at the pro desk I think her name is Nene with the glasses is the most unprofessional person to have here. The way she speaks to customers and the way she speaks to her coworkers is completely unacceptable. She will talk to you like you're stupid and roll her eyes in your face just for asking for help or assistance.

Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone at the store. Once you purchase what you want … you get ghosted and no one knows how to answer a phone and they always have 5-7 employees standing at the front of the store doing nothing

I am a general contractor. I come here at lease 3 times a week to buy product everyone make you feel like family. They have an amazing team. At the Montgomery location.

Shernita was incredible! Walked us all over the store and was super friendly and helpful the entire time! Would come back to work with her again!
