I'm very happy with my find at Floor and decor. I had visited Lowe's and Home Depot first. I was very disruptive with their selection. Worse, no one was in the department. I spent 20 minutes looking at the flooring and didn't see an employee. That wasn't the case at F & D. The staff was friendly and helpful. Those that didn't know radio'd others to help. The flooring was the closest match I could have hoped for. I used a glue down method with the engineered 3" plank. The second picture shows the old flooring and new with a threshold. Just need to install 1/4 round.

I was sold a top of line flooring with a lifetime warranty to withstand dogs and kids and wheelchairs. Within ONE month, it was stripping! $20,000 in cost and labor and they send out their own inspector whose report had NUMEROUS inaccuracies in order to void the warranty. The quality of the floors is awful and they will never honor the warranty. You're better off with home depot floors - those lasted us 10 years!!!

I came in completely overwhelmed and under a tight timeline for my bathroom remodel, and Dalton truly saved the day. I had an incredibly great experience at Florida decor. All of the staff was Extremely helpful and loaded up my truck. Pricing was great. Everything was straightforward and easy, seamless experience. Was able to purchase new flooring for our Dumpster Dogs office.

The team at F&D in S Austin were so responsive, helpful and provided me some excellent design ideas for my home project. Jazzlyn from the design team was such a wonderful and amazing source for ideas and suggestions. Prior to selecting the materials, I didn’t have a sense of what I wanted my project to look like. She worked with my taste and budget. Grateful for her guidance and expertise!
