Would not recommend! I learned the hard way. My wife and I picked a tile and grout color from here. The young and inexperienced associate later wrote the order up. I picked up the material all wrapped up and ready to ship. Problem was we received the wrong thin set. Keraflor. Our tile was 2’x2’. Unpolished for the floor, polished for the walls. 12 spuare foot for shower floor. 3 different types of tile. The thin set they sent with the order would only be capable with the 12sq in shower. It’s not for large tile nor for walls. I believe their sales associate should have known this or the person packaging it up. Nether of them did. Nor did my tile guy until in was almost done and he read the small print on the bag. Tiles started popping with in weeks. My tile guy fixed them with correct thin

My husband and I stopped to pick up a big order of ordered flooring to deliver in mid-Iowa. We were immediately greeted by Cesar, and he physically assisted us throughout our loading, which took well over an hour. Good thing, because I was not much help in that arena. Cesar was a God-send. He was very personable and professional, upbeat and attentive. He is an asset to the company and makes a great first impression for customers. THANK YOU, CESAR, and to your two helpers.

If you enjoy loud people, LOUD mexican music and garage sales in the parking lot, this is the place for you my friend 😉 kids all over, Is this a daily carnival?.. fun, fun 🤭 Used to be professional and a clean lot, seems to be over run now, used to be easy to access, load and get out, but i avoid this place now, i waved at the lady so she waved back, but stopped when she seen my camera, lol, she seemed nice tho, but im good, not for me 😊

Beautiful store with great staff! After reading reviews and checking other stores, we decided to go with Floor & Decor for our LVP floor. They have a great selection of products and we found better quality in our price range. We visited the store multiple times and the employees were always helpful and attentive (but not aggressive!). We ended up buying during their closing time and they all waited for us. Jett helped us deciding which product to buy. We cannot recommend this shop enough. Currently, they are offering an 18-month zero-interest financing.

Newer store in Omaha, our contractor recommended it highly and they did have good choice as we are doing g bathroom remodeling. We ordered all the stuff we needed and had it delivered but unfortunately the delivery service is horrible. Our condo is on 5th floor, the one delivery guy who came dumped all the stuff outside the building and says that’s what the company does!! My wife and daughter tried to reason with him but to no avail, they had to haul the excessively heavy tiles and everything geode to our condo as delivery guy was of no help and I was out of town. More than half the tiles and flooring material is damaged as well and the phone support was difficult to get a hold of and when finally we connected, they recommended that it’ll be faster if we haul the super heavy broken stuff
