We had a great experience at Floor & Decor in Saugus. We visited a few times to select tiles and materials to renovate our bathrooms. Each time we went, staff were courteous and helpful. Shoutout to Richie on the floor who helped us immensely by loading all the tile up, wheeling it out to car, loading it into the car and helping us at checkout. Also saved $200 as Richie told us about the 10% off with new credit card.

I first received assistance from Brenda at the Floor & Decor Saugus location on January 27, 2026, and I was already very impressed from that first visit. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and assisted me with delivery details, all while maintaining a warm and friendly smile. When I returned today, my experience was even better than the first time. Brenda went above and beyond to help me with every aspect of my order and delivery. I truly felt her sincerity and genuine care in helping customers. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and deep knowledge made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Floor & Decor Saugus is very fortunate to have her.

Showed up to pick up purchased tile. Nobody was at the pick-up desk, so I pressed the assistance button. Nobody showed up. I waited around for 10 minutes as did about 3 or 4 other people, and then a teenager finally showed up as if he hadn’t been keeping people waiting, clueless and oblivious. Will never buy tile again from this establishment.

Jeff at Floor and Decor Saugus was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to show us around all aspects of tub to shower conversion. Great knowledge of the process and new products available for every step of the installation process.
