I recently remodeled two bathrooms, full demo and rebuild for a master bathroom and a bonus room bathroom. I used Floor & Decor’s Savannah store for all of my tile and trim purchases (shower walls, niches, and bench, half wall behind tub, floors). I’m not a designer and had never embarked on projects like these before. Clara was our in-store designer and was so helpful! Every suggestion she made was perfect in both its functionality and aesthetic. The store’s return policy was fantastic for any extra materials we had leftover. I would absolutely use Floor & Decor, as well as Clara, again for any future projects.

Next review specifically is for the help and attention Mrs . Clara Childress, she is the most patient knowledgeable person I’ve meet, she helped us picked not only the floors but also the tiles for my bathrooms. She helped me from top to bottom. After further consideration, she told me she graduated back in her country with an engineering degree, she helped all my flooring and my tiles match and make the style I wanted. If I was the boss, I would definitely think about giving her a raise then amount of time we spent with her today and the amount of patient she had was amazing! Clara was amazing helping us to figure out square footage and comparing grout colors. We completely appreciated her frankness in telling us our math is wrong haha. Great experience.

Excellent experience! We like that we were able to buy single pieces of tile to take home as samples, and then return them for a full refund. Buying the materials was incredibly easy. A young lady named Kiki walked around with us, scanning in the materials we needed, and then we simply paid for them without ever having to lug anything around. They then packed them up for our installer to pick up. Thanks to this company and our great installer, we have a beautiful porch! Please see before and after pictures.

Charlotte and Ashley did a great job helping us find the flooring we need. Charlotte also help transition our check out in the middle of a system update and all went smooth.
