The Aspen Hill Floor and Decor has been great!! Huge selection, great prices, and friendly and knowledgeable staff! Tameia, our cashier was quite helpful in helping us locate additional bathroom floor tile that was being discontinued and on clearance. She helped us find stores that still had some product and provided phone numbers for us to call so we could arrange to get all tiles necessary for our contractor to complete the job. Tameia was great!

I went to Floor and Decor and I didn’t know anything about Tiles and an employee called Mason patiently and compassionately help me to find what I was looking for. He’s very calm and willing to help customers to satisfy. Helped me through the whole process from start to finish with kindness without me feeling clueless. He talked to my contractor to know the measurements. Very nice people there overall. I would definitely recommend all my friends to go to floor and decor in Aspen Hill! ❤️

The huge variety of tiles available at the Aspen Hill store was quite overwhelming at first. But we were fortunate to work with the Design Supervisor Danene Smith, who really helped us organize our thinking about our design ideas and the kinds of tiles and supplies that would help realize them. Danene gave us some tips about the effects of different choices on the overall look and feel, and helped us make choices that harmonized with each other and with our own aesthetic, which she spent time and energy to understand. She is knowledgeable about materials and has a keen eye for color and space. Thanks to Danene for a job well done.

Saul and Trisha tremendously helped us select our tiles for our bathroom remodels. We really appreciate them going above and beyond in providing excellent customer service and ensuring we did not sacrifice our vision. They called other stores for us to make sure we could still have enough tiles for our master bath. We truly recommend using their services.
