The Oakridge/Woodlands Floor & Decor store is an awesome place to find your flooring and their selection is excellent! I wandered in 1 week ago to begin selections for a total house rebuild after a fire...no small project, and was able to complete all these choices for every room in the house except the upstairs bedrooms which will be carpeted. Their sales and floor staff are welcoming, helpful and they even offer a personal designer for you free of cost. It was great to speak with the staff who were not only knowledgeable regarding their product, but just happy to help. After 3 trips to this location, I was able to select all the flooring for the house, shower wall and floor tiles with good pricing and coordinated colors throughout. Great people, amazing service and a great variety of materials for any project. The prices are competitive and they have the latest in trends. I do business with this location often and I have never been disappointed! I’m a PRO myself, so believe me, I know good service and high quality products.

After hiring a contractor to do repairs from a leaky pipe and to have him no call/no show. I found another contractor to do the same work and saved $5000.00 by going to Floor and Decor and picking out the same materials. I glad that he didn't show up. Who doesn't like saving 🤑🤑

Was barely hanging in there doom browsing until Patricia came along and helped us out by zeroing in on the exact available options in store based on our imagined designs. She set us up with samples and left me with a very positive impression of the store. The checkout experience was great as well. I can't say the options available were super extensive but the classic and popular designs are well represented. Pricing seems competitive as well.
