Chad made the experience so much better than I could have expected! He was so helpful every step of the way. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient, answering every question and offering different options to fit our budget. Would highly recommend!

This was my first time ever going to floor and decor. It’s always overwhelming when new projects are started and you have to shop for materials. Alan was so helpful in helping me throughout this process. He was very thorough and knew the products and store well. The customer service and time spent on helping with me choosing the materials to complete a project was exceptional. I’ve very grateful to have stopped at this store location and the help that I recieved ! Kudos to this manager ! Great job !

There was this gentleman Anthony who was very welcoming and so knowledgeable in the backsplash section and took the time to walk with me in which mosaics meshed well with the tile I had in hand. It really saved up so much time and he calculated everything for me with his device he had on hand. I'll come back and remodel my guest bathroom and will most definitely ask for his help. It's a good thing there are good workers who love what they do

Will was great help! He took his time explaining how things went & even showed us how things would look together. Which made our decision in choosing the right color much simpler. Came back for more supplies! Jose Molina was very helpful! Floor & Decor is one of my favorite stores!
