Just wrapping up a partial remodel to our home with tiles from Floor & Decor. Andrea of the Prasada branch was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Floating raw edge shelves still to be installed as well as shower head and doors, but you'll get the gist of the job with current state. Tiles throughout the rest of the house also fantastic and just awaiting baseboard upgrade. She was great with her suggestions and selecting two to three options for the many different tiles I used in the bathroom, and I think it's looking fantastic. She also helped me with an order for the master bath a few years ago which is why I returned to the store. Highly satisfied and would recommend Andrea to anyone!

Floor & Decor - Surprise Az has a great team. They helped us clear up a manufacturing error by repacking many of our laminate flooring planks to balance the sever pattern imbalance. This store has a great layout with lots of displays and nice products. The people here are very helpful, knowledgeable but not aggressive sales types. I was really pleased to find hardwood butcher block counter tops at a very competitive price. I have shopped these tops extensively and I would add the quality seems to be much better than the big box stores. Most of the ones at the HD have splits and gaps and have a rougher finish. The staff helped me find purchase and load an 8 footer. I will definitely be back.
