Sharonesther made choosing tile for my bathroom such a wonderful experience! I came in feeling overwhelmed and stressed because I had to make a decision the same day, but she immediately put me at ease. Her joy, passion for design, and genuine desire to help made the whole process fun instead of stressful. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and thoughtful in guiding me through the options. I’m so happy with the tile we selected, and I truly don’t think I would have made such a great choice without her expertise. I’m so grateful for her help and highly recommend working with her!

Went to Floor and decor and met with a knowledgeable designer named Dusana. We were here the week before , and the samples that carried ideas for of mixtures and ideas of uses for tiles . Were gone. This was a big help for us. On the second visit we had to manually put them together, this took a lot of time . Dusana was extremely helpful in assistance . I recommend her highly

Maria is the best in the business! Please see her for all designed advice. She took my bathroom from a zero to a hero, from the out house to the penthouse! Unbelievable service, excellent quality products, very timely and thoughtful!

I was lost in the store over an hour. I asked Maria for help and she figured it all out for me in 5 mins. She was diligent, friendly and super nice.

I had a chance to work with Chanel, one of the designers at the Tampa location at the Floor and Decor store. Young lady was very professional and knowledgeable about the product selection and design. She carefully listened to my needs and directed to the right product purchase. In addition, one of the products was short on stock at their location, so she was able to contact a different store and secure it for me. I am very grateful for her professional help and kindness that she showed me. I will definitely return as a customer in the future and highly recommend her to others. Thank you.
