We cannot thank Penny enough for our design consultation! We came in once and were all over the place and had no idea what we were doing. After that, we scheduled the free consultation and met Penny! Penny helped us focus, listened to our wants, and gave us a starting point! From there, we made our way and each step Penny was honest with us about what would look good! Our contractor took the next steps and it was easy from there! We trusted her and ended up with our dream bathroom! The pictures are from our original consultation to the finished product!!

Easy to navigate layout. Workers are so helpful. I had a design consultant today with Sylvie Mergaux and she is THE best. Shes kind, takes the time to listen to wants/needs, and is so accommodating. She works hard and does not complain. She will be my ONLY go to consultant from here on out. You won't regret booking with her. What a cherished sweetheart.

Tonight was our first time visiting the store while shopping for materials for our kitchen and bathroom remodel. The store itself is very large with many sections, and the shower and bathtub displays are located to the right when you first walk in. Unfortunately, our initial experience was confusing. We weren’t greeted, and it was difficult to tell who worked there and who didn’t. We said hello to several people but didn’t receive any acknowledgment. After walking around for a bit, we finally asked someone for help because we were trying to figure out which areas were for flooring and which were for shower walls. Just went to the store located in the colony which I was told Gary is the manager. I went to purchase some tile that The Denton store had ran out and I had to purchase a few more pieces. I asked for a manager to see if they could match the price that I paid for it. Didn’t even have the courtesy to come out and says no because it’s not on clearance and yes, it was on clearance if he come to the front and check, I will never be back to the store again. The other associates were just as rude. Thank you Lauren Campos for reaching out and resolving my issue.

We had a great experience at Floor & Decor, thanks to Erica! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable while helping us choose the right tile for our bathroom renovation project. With so many options in the store, her guidance really made the process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Erica if you visit!
