First and last visit to Floor and Decor today. They have a great selection (but unfortunately not the style of tile I am trying to match), but overall the staff was not very knowledgeable on tile supplies and what’s needed for a tile job. Cashier (Carol) was also very cranky and seemed like she could care less. There has to be better options elsewhere. NOTE TO OWNER: Your patronizing response is a joke and only continues the clown show. What makes you think that I am going to email you? Josue Uribe was the best help we could have had! After going to different floor and decor locations and failed to get the right help we ended up at the Grant St location and Josue right off the bat knew what he was doing and understood our needs. We were out of there within 10 minutes with what we were looking for. Very pleased with his help!

Best place in the Denver vicinity for tile and floor treatments and wall treatments. Our fireplace turned out amazing with the tile that we found there. Wonderful store and lots of helpful people.

The gist: quotes are subject to change when they make a mistake (they make a lot). Go somewhere else My mom met with a designer to plan a job she wanted. They had everything decided and they came out to measure for square footage. They printed it out for her to sign which she did. They quoted a different tile than they had talked about (my mom's fault for not double checking but when you're with the designer going through everything I also would assume it is correct). Then the installers were short on material. She went to talk to them to which after talking to rude service and having to bounce from floor and decor themselves and the installer side the conclusion was that floor and decor made a mistake with the sqft on the quote and my mom would have to pay to remedy it.
