I didn’t even know about this place until My Wife told me about it. He walked in asked for help and they sent the best guy in the world over to help us explained everything we spent about $2000 and out the door very happy Wife loves it unique products with unique people. Thanks for making my wife happy it’s not easy.

Wonderful customer service!! Not sure what this store is doing but they’re doing it RIGHT. Everyone seems so happy and excited to help you out. A nice young man helped us pick out our grout with the biggest smile on his face and a wonderful young lady checked us out in the greatest mood. We also checked out 5 mins before closing time so I appreciated the good mood even at that time. I’ll be coming back!

Chris helped my partner and I pick out the perfect tile and grout for our bathroom. He had some great insight about stylistic details and he was all around so kind and helpful. We will be back as we have other things to obtain for our remodel!! Thanks so much Chris!

Alysa made my experience very uncomfortable, I don’t agree with the way her mannerisms were handled when I asked a question regarding a prior order and she completely didn’t fulfill my order the correct way. I had to drive all the way from midway area to pick up material from an existing order and asked for that same item I get there they load it and the whole time she has a bad attitude her colleague was so nice and tried to help her best she could and had a very sweet attitude unfortunately I didn’t get her name… Jackie helped me also pick out the perfect sub material for something I had liked but no longer had in stock and let’s not forget Phil he was AMAZING! He helped me through my first couple of orders was very patient and helped me with everything I needed even though I wasn’t the

Mark is a great salesperson. He helped us out locating the best options of grout, sealer, and trim for our tile project. I will definitely come back to him for our next project.
