Absolutely horrible service. I arrived to pick up an order and they had a customer blocking the road 100%. There was a line of cars trying to use this road and Ian the Manager, seemed not to care. They had 3 people loading the guy with a forklift. No one was inside and I am sitting here 20 minutes later. Ian, the Store Manager, walked in and asks me to move my car so they can load the trailer easier. I told him they need to have respect for everyone using this road and to just move the truck. He then told me I needed to move to make their life easier. I refused. I find it interesting they are OK to inconvenience all their neighboring businesses by blocking the road and their customers. I have posted this entire review and no one has still helped me. The manager is standing there

If you just want to buy tile that’s easy. If you are trying to get Floor & Decor (F&D) to help with install you might as well move on. They give you a pamphlet with a QR code to contact an installer. It doesn’t work. Called the phone number on the pamphlet and they take info and tell you you’ll get an email in 48 hours. I did not. When the email finally came it had the name/number for the assigned installer and said the installer would contact you within 24-48 hours. Several days later I reached out to the installer, not once, but twice over a week and left voicemails. No response. Called the QR code contact and they supposedly passed a message to F&D customer service and said I’d hear back in 24 hours. I did not. Called the store this evening at 5:45pm and was put on hold. What an experience! The staff and management was extremely accommodating during our experience buying tiles for our new build. Rob, their assistant manager went above and beyond to help us with our big marble tiles ordeal. He was there throughout the entire process and broke a sweat with us when we needed to select our pieces. We are so grateful for him. Shannon, their manager from the natural tile department was very kind and accommodating to our needs during our purchase. I choose Floor and Decor's tiles for our new build instead of the other competitors because I can see that their products are higher quality. Plus, I love how many more options they offer. I'm super thankful we have a Floor and Decor here in Tulsa. Great customer service and great quality products!

I own a general contracting company and was needing to find quality engineered hardwood flooring and Chris Aldrich and Eli Driskell were THE most helpful at the pro desk. It’s hard finding honest people these days and these men both really care you can tell. I’ll be coming back to buy more flooring from them

My local store did not have the tile in store that I wanted. My local store told me to order from a store about 2 hours away. Total cost of tile for 2 boxes $45. No shipping information was provided prior to submitting my order. After I submitted I was Charged $275 for shipping. I couldn't get a live person on the phone and the only option was to chat. I was told I would be refunded in 5-10 business days. Absolutely misleading.
