Came in not really knowing what I wanted and ended up leaving with exactly what I needed. Staff was helpful but not pushy. They gave me time to look around and answered my questions when I asked. The tile options are crazy good. Way more choices than other stores I checked. Solid experience overall.

Didn’t expect to spend that long in there but there’s just a ton to look at. Ended up finding tile I actually liked after changing my mind like three times. Prices were better than I thought compared to other places. Staff was super friendly and helpful and surprisingly easy to find compared to other stores. Overall a good spot if you’re working on a home project.

As a contractor, I’m in here pretty often. The staff is solid — good communication, quick to check inventory, and they actually try to help instead of just pointing you to an aisle. That makes a big difference when you’re on a schedule. Material selection is strong, pricing is competitive, and most of the time what I need is in stock. Loading is usually smooth too. Overall, it’s been a reliable place for my projects.

Wow- the store is so clean and organized first off! My husband and I went to look at tile and wood and we had great customer service from an associate Courtney. She was knowledgeable and very sweet. She was helpful and also gave us space to chat among ourselves before making any choices. Had a wonderful experience overall with all the associates at interacted with :) highly recommend this store for all your home needs!

I attended one of the grand opening events and was really impressed! The store isn't large but it had a good selection, well-laid out & and the staff was truly friendly. Amanda in wood flooring checked on us a couple times during the night & introduced us to other staff. I appreciated the effort of the staff to develop personal relationships especially knowing they don't earn commissions. I'll definitely be back when in looking for materials beyond a typical big box store.
