So much to choose from. Love the amount of options. The manager is such a great help. He was knowledgeable and guided me away from things that would make my project look too busy. The young man that loaded it up for us was great as well. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I’ll go there for my next project.

He took the time to patiently help me select the perfect flooring options, answering all my questions and offering great recommendations that fit my style and budget. Adrian went above and beyond by handling the entire order process, ensuring everything was accurate, and coordinating the shipping so that all materials arrived right on time—without any delays or issues. 5 stars.

Top-notch experience. My mom and I stopped by yesterday to purchase samples of large-format tile, and Deondre was exceptional. He’s a true professional - kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. And above all, he takes pride in his work and in advocating for the customer. We feel fortunate to live so close to Floor & Decor, and Floor & Decor is equally fortunate to have Deondre. We look forward to working with him again when we return to complete this project.

Recently completed a bathroom renovation. Janet was above and beyond helpful. Without an appointment ran around the store grabbing samples and suggestions. Everything was beautiful. Contractors we’re great. Respectful of our home. Cleaned up every evening before they left and communication was on point. They are even coming back to correct another bathroom that was done by another company that was a disaster. Highly recommend

I had a wonderful experience with Floor and Decor…They provided me with same dye lot tiles as I requested… Shannon in the West Palm Beach store was so helpful!!!
