It has been a wonderful experience, thanks to Kyle at the Wilmington Floor & Decor store. Kyle was incredibly helpful, patient, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Because of the great service, I will be shopping for all my future renovations at Floor & Decor in Wilmington. The selection is fantastic — I loved all the options!

I used Floor & Decor for tile and hardwood on a new build and I’m back again to do flooring and tile for a remodel. Everyone here is so nice and helpful. The prices are great. Special shout out to Kaylee. She has helped me many times (I’m in there a lot). She is the absolute best. She always makes sure I have all the extras I may need, and is so friendly and knowledgeable about everything. I swear I will never go anywhere else again.

SO pleased with the service I received this afternoon. I came in to pick up 14 boxes of tile while lugging my giant baby. 2 associates helped me load my cart, one helped take it to the register, and then another loaded my car for me. Everyone was so polite and helpful. Not to mention that I'm thrilled by the tile I purchased -- I was looking at a similar tile at a showroom this morning for 4x the price! I'll be back!

Outstanding service! Brady and Kaylee went over and beyond to help me pick out the perfect bathroom tile and made sure I got it all at the lowest price. What could have taken me weeks to find, they helped me pick the perfect design in less than an hour! I’m usually overwhelmed with large purchases like this, but they made it fun and easy and affordable!

Jade Morales, the designer, in the Wilmington floor was wonderful. We were looking to design a fireplace with an electric fireplace insert and she helped us select the tile and and gave us pictures of what it would look for, including different options for laying out the tile. We decided on a design and she figured the quantity needed and we were off with our materials. Great work Jade!!!
