They made the entire process of identifying and purchasing everything I needed for my new bathroom completely seamless. Floor and decor is a wonderful resource for my home contracting business, Hydrangea Home Spaces. They offer a wide selection of tile and other products that make selections fun and easy for my customers. They also just extended their return policy to 120 days which is wonderful for a busy contractor like myself. Well priced with a knowledgeable and helpful staff, highly recommended.

There is a showroom and samples you can purchase. We like the variety of flooring and quality of materials sold at this location. We have designed a custom shower and our contractor used these materials. You also have the option to order online and pickup materials in the back of the store or call and have it delivered at a rather high shipping cost. You can return unopened boxes for a refund. There is plenty of parking. Store staff will wheel materials out to your car for transport.

We had called to ask about available delivery dates and was told one answer, but when we went in, we were told a different answer. Ms. Marty was working the register when this problem arose, and she handled it wonderfully and went to talk to services to make sure they were able to match the information we were given over the phone. She handled all of that while going back and forth to ring up other customers because she was the only one working the register. Even before she rang us up, she made another employee go check the inventory to make sure the computer matched what was physically in-house. She was a power house employee and made sure we had a good experience at Floor & Decor. She seemed to be the only active employee making sure to soothe friction points and was stretched thin whe

I took advantage and used the design services. Regina & Kendra were amazing!!! These ladies were very professional and you tell they were very experienced. They were particularly patient even though I didn’t know what I wanted. I received great customer service during my many visits. Floor and decor has the best quality and selection of tiles. I’ll be sure to use them for my next project!!!
