We were amazed at the quality , attention to detail, and professionalism . of all staff and management of Floor Depot organization. We had high recommendations of past customers and we made an informed excellent buying decision with Casey in store. He took all complication out, included everything we needed and gave us our complete price and answered all questions as everything we needed was included. They were hundreds of dollars below big box and other flooring companies. Andrew M came to measure and verify our sq footage and was open, friendly. and set up our service. He was also Supervisor and lead installer. He was knowledgeable, trustworthy and his attention to detail showed his talent and experience. He put us at ease, answered our questions and showed total respect for our home

Casey and his team are Amazing! Very knowledgeable, professional & punctual! He has a great selection of flooring & have used them for 2 different installations…. Hands down the Best! Do not go to the big box stores… go to the Floor Depot for Excellent customer service, pricing & quality.

I recently hired Floor Depot to replace my tile floors with engineered hardwood. I love my floors! Andy & his team did an outstanding job installing the flooring.

Nearly one year to the date of installation, flooring (LVP) began peeling and buckling. 2 years later there are too many peeling planks to replace and too many areas of buckling that crack as you walk. Floor is not level and we are looking at a complete redo after spending $15k+. Installation was terrible. A/C was not shut off which cost us hundreds to repair. Door frames that were removed prior to installation, not replaced properly. An additional $1k to hire an industrial strength cleaning company to properly clean the dust/debris from the vents, furniture, and window treatments. Floors were not properly leveled after ceramic tile removed and no sub flooring added to prevent dips and buckling. Wanted to shop locally as a 30 year local resident but cannot recommend this company. Response

Great store with so many displays and choices. My sister is getting vinyl engineered flooring and way easier to choose from so much than the big box stores, which dont show you everything they have. Quick install possible too,and good prices.
