Floor Expo

I had a fantastic experience with Floor Expo. The stair carpet looks beautiful, and the installers were both professional and tidy. The owner provided great recommendations on the carpet selection, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. This is definitely a 5-star service and an all-around great experience! Highly recommended!

Floor Expo''s team did a great job for us! Helped us find the best vinyl wood flooring; perfect for to look we wanted. Works very well with other real wood flooring near by. And, on top of looking great, it is extremely comfortable to walk on. Then they helped us select a great carpet, color, style, design and then size, for the room. The installation, and service follow up, was excellent. We highly recommend FLOOR EXPO & the EXPO Team!!!

We had been to several stores trying to find a replacement for our 43 year old cracked kitchen tile. We pulled into Floor Expo on Rt. 46. Their floor selection exceeded any other place. We showed Mike and Jimmy pictures of our kitchen. They guided us to exactly what we needed and sent us home with samples. We made our choice. They measured quickly and installed a few days later. The installation was perfect including replacing cracked marble saddles and sanding a door. We highly recommend Floor Expo! Art and Diane Benson

We were trying to match a hardwood floor that was installed in 2014, but had gotten some water damage in the nor'easter in September. The original store where the flooring was purchased did not have a record of our purchase and they no longer carried our specific floor. We had tried several stores and no one was able to match it. I stopped in at Floor Expo and Mike asked how he could help me. I explained our situation and he said, "come with me". In his warehouse, he had boxes of products that had been discontinued and he looked through them until he found a match to the pieces of our flooring I had brought in with me. He was able to find me two boxes and then a couple of boxes that were 3/4 full and 1/2 full along with some other loose pieces. He gave me an incredible price and loaded the

Please avoid these guys at all costs and protect your hard earned money. This is what our floor looks like 3 years after installing. It is cracked beyond salvage. No liner was placed and the underneath is rotten and moldy from moisture. Instead of leveling the floor, pieces of cardboard and newspaper were placed underneath. It was a hack job and completely negligent. We have had an inspection and it turns out we have asbestos tiles that the installers never informed us about (we will be reporting this to OSHA). Instead they just threw some cardboard under the floor, didn’t even place a liner, and got our. The owner knew this terrible work would last past the one year warranty. The owner has refused to accept responsibility and should be ashamed of himself for the work done by his company.
